In North America, equine skijoring teams consist of a horse, a rider and a skier or snowboarder who is towed by a rope. While the rider controls the horse, the skier or snowboarder navigates a course of banked turns, jumps, and slalom gates while capturing rings and racing against the clock. The cleanest, fastest run wins.

The Skijor Cup™ Rogue Race Series is focused on creating a consistent series of events with combined scoring, health and welfare standards for riders, skiers and their equine partners, culminating in the pursuit of a national championship.
